Registers and vouchers
Campers are registered in the registers which are kept at the Secretariat. The registers include the details of each camper’s identity and any special remarks such as weaknesses or medication they must take.
The minors’ identity cards are kept at the Secretariat and returned to the family members upon the children’s handover at the time of departure. The receipt and delivery of the minor shall always be accompanied by the signature of the guardian.
The staff register records the identity details of paid staff or volunteers staying at the camp.
Food & Material Warehouses
In the warehouses of the Pedopolis Children’s Camp, whether it is food or other materials, the organization and management is done with accuracy and responsibility, ensuring the smooth operation of the camp.
The daily ration sheet records in detail the items and quantities consumed each day, ensuring the sufficiency and correct planning of meals.
At the same time, detailed movement books are kept in the warehouses, where every import and export of materials is recorded, thus ensuring transparency, stock control and effective replenishment.
Proper warehouse management helps maintain product quality, avoid waste and ensure the smooth operation of the camp.
Feeding & Hygiene
Meals are planned according to dietary guidelines, ensuring a balanced and quality diet. Supplies are recorded in the warehouse movement books, while the daily ration movement sheet reports consumption. Catering and personal hygiene areas are cleaned and disinfected regularly, in accordance with strict hygiene standards.
Proper nutrition is a priority in our camp. Meals are prepared with care, following a balanced menu that meets the nutritional needs of the children. In case of allergies or special dietary restrictions, parents are required to inform the camp in good time so that the feeding schedule can be adjusted accordingly. All food is checked and stored in specially designed areas and strict hygiene and safety measures are observed.
